PROLLiON designs, develops, industrializes and manufactures battery systems that offer significant gains in energy, power, lifetime, safety and reliability.

They can adapt to the most severe constraints:

• complex integration;
• explosive environments (ATEX certification);
• extreme temperatures from -50°C to over 100°C.

The system architecture is completely designed by PROLLiON:

• use of existing PROLLiON cells or development of specific ones;
• mechanical, thermal, electronic and electrotechnical system architecture;
• specifically designed energy management (SOC, SOE, SOP, SOH), protection and communication functions;
• modularity: parallel and series configuration of modules and battery packs.

These custom designed solutions are developed in strict compliance with the most demanding standards.

Li-ion Cells

Researched and developed in collaboration with leading partners such as the CEA Liten, our solutions provide breakthrough performances:

• energy density up to 250 Wh/kg;
• specific power up to 3 kW/kg with ultrafast recharge (up to 80% of battery capacity in less than 5 minutes);
• extreme temperatures from -50°C to over 100°C.

The cells are developed to withstand the most severe mechanical, electrical and environmental constraints.

• selection of electrochemistry;
• cylindrical or prismatic formats;
• flexible or rigid housings (stainless steel, aluminum, titanium).

These cells cover a large capacity range: from 0.01 to 35 Ah
